- Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
- The shipping and cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order we do not charge a handling fee.
- Orders are shipped Tuesday and Friday, excluding holidays.
- Due to postal delays, expect delayed delivery times. Make sure to check your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order.
- We are responsible for your order until it is marked delivered by the carrier. Once marked delivered and you cannot locate your package then you must follow up with your local USPS or UPS with a tracking number to locate the package and/or file a claim.
- Should any items arrive broken or any leakage of contents notify us via email at support@almondsofthecaribbean with a photo and we will replace no questions asked.
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
